Hello Quilty Friends! I’m Beth.
I’m so glad you stopped by to see what MSQS is all about…
I’m Beth the owner of Modernly Stitched Quilt Studio (MSQS). I love the art of quilting. I have made many, many quilts, and my passion for quilting has grown even stronger over the years. I am always searching for a new skill to learn and ways to improve upon the skills that I currently have.
I am very passionate about quilting and take great pride in my work. I bring that passion and desire to achieve perfection to my longarm business. I know what is involved in the making of a quilt; all the time, money and energy that you as a quilter have invested in your project before it even gets to me. Know that I will invest an equal amount of time and attention to detail when longarm quilting for you. I want you to have complete confidence in my quilting and know that when your quilt is returned to you, you will see the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship that have I invested in your quilt.

A little bit more about me…
I’m a longarm quilter, quilt pattern writer, and quilt pattern tester. I have made many quilts for family, friends, myself and for charitable organizations such as Quilts for Kids, foster children, disaster relief, Casa and Project Linus. I’m a retired K-3 teacher, mother to 3 grown children, Gigi to 8 grandchildren and a lucky owner of 1 cat, 2 goldendoodles and Ruby the pug who comes to stay with us quite often.
Most of all, I’m all about anything that has to do with fabric and thread. I love all things quilty. I love FPP, EPP, collage quilts, colorful fabric, thread, scissors, rulers, rotary cutters, sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, designing quilts, writing and publishing my own quilt patterns and pretty much anything else that may have some tie to the art of quilting. Some might say that I’m slightly obsessed with quilting. Maybe I am, but I do love it all.
